Provider pay rates per client
If our providers refer someone that ends up becoming their client, that provider gets an extra 5% for that client's sessions. There currently isn't a way for a provider to have multiple pay rates, or tie those rates to a client.

Sign all progress notes at once for the group
When I'm creating a progress note for a member of the group, allow me to "save and apply to all" as well as "e-sign all", so I don't have to sign each one individually.

Select payer when creating the claim
Have a drop down option to select which insurance to use at the time of billing. For instances where claims need to be billed to different payers for different services.

BCC additional emails when sending appointment reminders
If a client has multiple email addresses on file, don't display all email addresses in the "To" field in the emailed appointment reminder. Sometimes we see children of divorced parents who have contentious relationships.

When viewing the Clients list, allow me to customize the grid to view the client's copay.

Apply to all group members when editing a note
If I forget to click the "save to all clients" button I'm unable to see that option again. Allow me to apply to all clients even if I edit the note for one client.

View appointment notes on the invoice
When creating an invoice, allow me to see any appointment notes that were entered for the appointment. Our organization uses appointment notes to indicate billing information that the biller needs to know when invoicing/billing the appointment.

Allow admins to unlock staff accounts
As an admin, if one of our staff members is locked out of their account allow me to unlock it.

Send a copy of a client's statement to other staff members
When sending a statement to a client, allow me to send a copy to any staff member that's assigned to the client.

Mark treatment plans as complete
Allow me to mark a treatment plan as complete so all the current goals get updated to "complete" and aren't pulled into the next treatment plan or progress notes.

Allow me to run a report to see the active payers we had in a time period and how many clients had each payer.

Modify multi-staff appointments for all members
After creating a multi-staff appointment or event, a block gets created on every member's calendar. If I want to delete the event, I have to delete each one individually, but I may want to edit, or delete the event for all group members.
