Allow me to copy the entire secure message over as one thread rather than copy each message individually.

Add client name to progress note review alert
As a supervisor or supervisee, when I get an alert to about a progress note display the client's name so that when I come back to my alerts I can see which ones I've already done.

When I print a secure message, show the words "Secure Message" on the PDF so I know where it came from.

Acknowledge each practice chat message
If we have a conversation thread in practice chat, each message gets marked (or checked) when I view it, even if I've really only viewed the most recent one and not the prior messages. Have it so we have to acknowledge each message individually so the sender knows if the message has been read or not.

Allow me to send a text message to multiple clients like I can with portal messages.

Show Practice Name in "from" field
when a message is sent to a client, having the Practice name show up in the email vs the person who sent it. This can be confusing to the clients as they don't know the Admin.

report of unanswered text
As an agency owner I would like to be able to run a report to see who has not had a text message returned by staff? As our agency grows, keeping up on texts from client is proving to be difficult at times.

use icon instead of popup to alert support responses
It would be helpful if the support responses in the "Get Help" chat did not popup on your screen. This is a workflow interruption especially during telehealth sessions. Depending upon the length of the response, the alert popup cannot always be closed out unless the session is ended. A badge or icon would seem useful and less disruptive.

Chat messages flag or star them to be able to go back to them
It would be good to be able to star or flag some chats or be able to change to unread so I can go back to them later.

If a client messages me from the client portal, have it directed to my email similar to how it's done when case notes are signed.

Allow me to send appointment reminders 4 days prior to the appointment in instances where there is a holiday.

Send client appointment notifications in location time zone
If I have client notification settings enabled for creating an appointment, rescheduling an appointment, etc. then send those emails using the location time zone.
