Allow me to download the errors for batch payments so I can track credit card declines.

Create invoices for the following year
At this time you are unable to create an invoice dated for the upcoming year because of the restriction by the AMA license.
It would be nice for practices that do preemptive billing to be able to bill their sessions prior to the year changing.

View CMS 1500 form for all claims regardless of state
Allow me to view the CMS 1500 claim form for all claims, regardless of what claim tab it's in. When a claim has been denied I need to see the claim as it was submitted to be able to identify the error.

Alert me when a credit card is declined
Send me an in-app alert when a client's credit card is declined or have the alert appear on the client's ledger so I can make sure to update the information as I'm working in the client's profile.

I don't receive ERAs in TheraNest so when I process a claim manually make it easier to mark the claim as "paid".

Select payer when ERA comes in
Allow me to select the payer when the ERA comes it so I can match it to the right one because sometimes it gets matched to an inactive payer with the same name.

Change warning about invoice balance when processing ERAs
Sometimes I apply a write-off before I process the ERA. When I process the ERA I receive a warning that the payment write-off leads to a negative balance, but that's not always the case. Change the message to say it might lead to a negative balance.

View claim number in claim tabs
Allow me to easily view the claim number in the claim tabs. When I talk to payers they typically refer to claim numbers and it would be easier to find the correct client and claim if I could search by this in TheraNest.

Email client when credit card charge is voided
Send an email to my client if I void a credit card charge. Sometimes I accidentally charge their card and if they got an email that I voided it, then it would save from them calling me.
