Print paid invoices and superbills from the client portal
Allow clients to print and download paid invoices and superbills, or invoices and superbills with no balance, from the client portal.

Keep all invoices/superbill on Client Portal after they have been paid. Currently, after a client pays an invoice the option to print Invoice or Superbill disappears. It would be very useful for them to remain, with a "PAID on date" stamp so they can reprint/download it should they misplace it or need another copy when the insurance carrier "loses" it.

Allow clients to see and print their PAID superbills in their portal. Right now they can only see them when they are unpaid. But we have clients that pre-pay and then we have to manually send each superbill after their pre-payment is credited to that session.

yes! i echo all of these concerns! We told clients they could access it themselves and now have to go back and communicate differently. this was a big miss on theranest's part

Allow clients to view superbill in the portal after they have paid the balance off.

I was so confused to learn that the new feature allowing clients to print/save superbills from the client portal applies only to unpaid balances. The reason many therapists provide superbills is to collect payment at time of service and allow the client to request reimbursement from their insurance. This is done with superbills that show a paid balance. It would be really helpful in eliminating the need to email or paper mail superbills to clients if I could either 1) Attach the file to a secure client message without first downloading the superbill to my desktop or 2) Allow clients to print/save superbills for paid invoices.

Clients have NOT been able to print fully-paid invoices. I'm concerned because it is the end of the month and this is going to cause a lot of extra work for those of us who have already told clients. If possible to have IT quickly change this, I believe that it would lessen the workload for Theranest staff fielding questions and for clinicians.
