Print blank intake forms

Can you add a print button to the forms we create? I have a couple of clients who do not have email access and I do not want to retype everything in my intake forms.

    This is much needed. My elderly patients often are unable to complete the forms on-line.

    Yes! This would be AMAZING. It would also be helpful for my older clients that struggle with using computer, online portals, etc.

    Some patients may forget to complete the intake forms when using the patient portal. It would be nice to be able to quickly print up a blank copy for to have patient fill out during the session if it was not completed before hand.
