I agree. It would be very helpful to have a record of when a statement has been emailed to a client.

I completely agree. It is very time consuming to manually write-off difference between contracted insurance rate and service type rate.

Please allow notes to be written from client's appointment page. Currently there is no way to see from a client profile whether or not a progress note was missed.
