Clients routinely have difficulty ensuring all of their assigned documents in the portal are completed and saved accurately, which often results in clients losing data and having to re-complete portions of paperwork over and over before it is adequately saved - occasionally clients give up on trying to complete the intake assessment out of frustration. It would be helpful if there was an auto-save feature in the client portal, and a way for clients to complete documents independent of others that are assigned together, so that they can complete a portion of the documents and submit them as they are able rather than being required to complete and submit all assigned documents together.
