An error occurred while saving the comment Melissa Lang commentedWhen a client responds to a reminder with something other than a 1 or 2, can you specify either the provider or the appt time in the notification? Right now it only says the client initials, and that they had an unusual response. All providers get the notification, then we have to look through all clients to figure out who it is and who it belongs to.

I repeatedly have to open another tab, etc., to try to see what date a certain day of the week is before scheduling. I repeatedly mess it up without that visual of the calendar!

Please add 'added new client' as a searchable item in Activities. Not sure why you can't search by that, since you can search by so many other things.
