Yes! I echo what everyone else has said. This has severely impacted our ability to collect payments. It is a weekly source of frustration both for myself and our clients.

PLEASE add this feature! It would be so helpful for our therapists that don't have full billing permission to be able to collect copays at time of service.

We receive large checks sometimes when insurance companies reprocess and repay. i.e. just received 3000 claims that were reprocessed from 1 and 2 years ago. I would LOVE to be able to search ERAs solely by the check number and be able to remove the "Submitted Date" 3 month criteria at the top for these instances. I just need to download a csv of the entire check's data but the date ranges are 1/1/2021-12/31/2022 (for example). Sometimes when I reconcile check amounts, I have to search a needle in a haystack to try to find one missing era because it was originally submitted outside of the date range criteria at the top.

In Paid/Processed tab, it only allows you to search within the "submitted date" timeframe. BUT sometimes we receive payments for older items. I cannot get the check amounts to match with the amounts on the eras that come in for processing if there is one from a different date range. I know there are more out there that I'd like to make sure were processed correctly and I need to reconcile with what comes into the bank but can't find a way to search for all of the eras for one check without having these dates restrictions! I'd love to be able to have the option of searching all eras within one check number OR changing the "processed date" or "pay date" to be a range option as well. It is hard to search as well when checks come in processed on a date that has already passed. Not sure what the answer is here but...hoping to make the auto processing work better for me and reconciling with our check amounts.

Echoing what a few people have already said: It would also be great if we had the ability to customize the body of the email as well -- sort of like how we can customize the Client Portal invitation emails.
I'd like the option to add more than just the statement "footnote". In the body of the email that they receive and on the statement pdf itself. I'd like to be able to add a "badge" or something that stands out for new updates. Or be able to alert them that this is the amount you owe, your insurance company has paid its share. Please contact your insurance with questions etc...in a more obvious way/place

I echo this. Additionally, sometimes there is a large payment where part of it has been applied and the other part is waiting to be applied to future dates. Changing the date when applying the rest of the payment, will screw up what was already applied in regards to payroll. Causing us to pay out providers twice.

Please please make this easier! Our state insurance is now able to change a client from plan to plan, month to month without notifying anyone. We need to be able to toggle between insurances and have the ability to make them active or not active quickly! We also need to be able to quickly see which insurance a bill was originally sent to. Sometimes a client gets switched around and each time we have to re-enter it creates a confusing list of inactive insurances a mile long in their account because we also can't delete them! It's a source of a lot of headaches and extra work! It makes no sense that we can't reactivate and create a new timeline for that same insurance. While saving a history of the dates it was previously active so we can see how and when they had that insurance.

When we receive/process a large check from insurance into the system say on the 3rd of the month, but the check date is for the previous month, we have to go into each invoice individually and change the payment date to be within the current month so that it will be correct with payroll. It would be awesome to be able to search for a check in bulk and change the payment date to reflect the processed date. The original payment date from insurance doesn't matter quite as much as when we actually received the payments.
