Yes, this. We need to be able to show funds received and funds returned regardless of how the person paid.

Create a way to document refunds to clients that aren't a credit card (e.g. they paid by check & we're refunding by check). The current method in which we have to delete the payment from the client's ledger and make a note on an invoice you refunded the payment doesn't provide enough of a paper trail (our practice is non-profit, so we need to be able to see payments and refunds in the ledger easily).

Yes, this. I have yet to be able to resubmit a claim without getting tech support involved. There should be a way to access the area to include resubmission codes and original claim numbers fairly easily. It's not as much a "rarity" to have to resubmit with an original claim number for a correction as this page would have you believe: https://help.theranest.com/en/articles/3543679-apex-resubmitting-claims
I need to be able to do this without involving tech support each time.

This would be particularly useful if it were a tab where we could put contact information, expiration date for the release, and types of information that could be released. We could scan and upload our paper releases, but it would be cumbersome to look through those to find this information. Our old EHR had this as part of the client record and it was incredibly useful.

While I don't have the exact same problem, it would be good to be able to adjust the layout of the statements. I often end up with 2 - 3 page statements that could easily fit on 1 - 2 pages if minor tweaks to margins could be done.

Yes this please thank you! Would be even better if we could run this report monthly. We're a non-profit clinic and we have to show these sorts of things in a very granular way for our monthly reporting to our board and in our annual audit.
