    It would be better if we could enter notes by date and each note got a separate box. We have several people who need to see these notes (billing, therapists, managers) and it gets very confusing.

    This would be very useful for billing to communicate with therapist. We have no way to tell them they need to get a new credit card or insurance information.

    Show the entire day in the agenda (or a scroll function) instead of "view more appointments". This is very cumbersome for a practice with hundreds of appointments a day. When I have to go back to the agenda screen and search for clients I am constantly "viewing more appointments".

    Being able to fax directly from Theranest for referrals and re-authorizations. It would also be helpful for consent forms!
