These are the things I need specifically:
- LPC supervises so claims are submitted under Rendering LPC, when claims come back we currently switch rendering to Appointment provider to clear those claims for payroll purposes - so a process that would do this, as we use the payroll feature within TN to run our payroll.
- the report Payroll Data Export helps this issue, but we cannot mark those line items as "paid" and therefore would have to go back to payroll by provider to mark them paid which creates double the work and given the amount of claims submitted under the LPC on behalf of our LPCCs this takes forever.
- The supervisor feature within the Bill To and Insurance section doesn't work because this is not a supervising provider in the "referring" aspect, much like Tricare requires for PCP's to be entered there, this is that our LPCC's are supervised and billed under our LPC licensure.
