    Yes! I just called yesterday to discuss this. If I give a patient the PHQ9 or GAD7 through the portal, it should automatically port to that section of the client chart and the clinician should not have to re-enter information. Also, would be nice if they had a scanning function where you could order or print forms and scan them directly into the chart in clinical documents or general documents in the correct tab and with the correct file name.

    Also, client completed documents on the portal should upload into documents with the names of the files already assigned. This way the office manager does not have to open up intake forms (and see information they do not need to perform their jobs) to correctly label the documents.
