I could not access a similar suggestion to comment so I'm adding my comment as a new suggestion.
Please allow archived clients to access their client portal accounts.
1. Clients leave counseling but late may want to contact us about coming back and may choose to use the portal since it's more secure.
2. Clients who have terminated may need to access their portal to obtain past invoices.Nora Sinclair supported this idea ·

I AGREE! A drop down menu of available state abbreviations would save so much time. Clients use 2 character state names everywhere but spell it out in the insurance section.
It would be nice if on a client's appointment page I could see if I've written a note. I do use the missing notes report, but to have it in the client record would be handy.
Also, adding if an invoice had been generated would be helpful too.
