An error occurred while saving the comment Thomas Carroll commentedAlthough this has been proposed before, I am REALLY hoping that Theranest is working on providing these additional security measures to protect access to accounts. Aside form a mere password there are no other additional security safeguard options in place, to protect accounts and all the important information we hold. It is almost 2019, financial, legal, health and other mental health entities have improved their security features... and continue to do so all the time. Theranest has to do so as well- this is not the kind of industry where you sit and wait for something terrible to happen to your EHR before you fix it... it needs to be as safe as is possible as it can be today and every day forward. I look forward to a positive outcome to this issue in the short term.

2-step verification/ 2 factor verification is pretty much a given in industries like this one. It has been suggested numerous times but nothing has been done about it. Can it please be developed and implemented? Thank you.
