    I recently realized my theranest was set to the wrong timezone- so I changed it to EST. When I did this it adjusted all of my past appointments... however they were already in there correctly and now they are all wrong. Anything I had scheduled for 12-1 is now 1-2... this is a major problem.

    Give an option for which email to send the superbill to (just as you can decide where to send a payment link)
