    I have clients in different states. It would be helpful to enter the time zone into the note to avoid confusion.

    Yes, please add the ability for clients to download their own superbills in the portal AFTER making a payment.

    Or automatically send them the superbill once payment is processed.

    I lose a LOT of time sending out superbills manually. I cannot leave it up to the customer to download the superbill on their own and then pay on their own. I risk losing track of the charges and risk not getting paid.

    Also, the superbill should not be sent by email, it should be through the secure portal to protect PHI.
