    This is one of my biggest frustrations with this system. Why is this not possible? It would relieve a significant source of frustration and make charting so much easier and efficient for me.

    This would be the most helpful update for me! I look at my calendar much more than I look at my agenda. There would be so much less need to click on different pages if I could just click on the appointment and add my notes that way.

    Please address this! So many forms require the same option responses. Please remove this limit and make custom forms actually usable.
