    As the Financial Administrator of the practice I would find it immensely helpful to be able to create custom reports.
    One of the challenges of our counselors is having the time to do the business reports for the clients. Their need is to concentrate all of their time to counseling.
    If I could generate custom reports for staff billing this would free up more time for the counselors to counsel.
    An example of a Staff Billing report would be
    Client, Service, Referral, Type of Payment, Payment Amount, Payment Note.
