    Run reports not by payment date, but also by SERVICE DATE.
    I can be filtered when a report is run, however, because of that we have to manually check off each as paid to avoid marking off the wrong service date

    If the custom forms can be identified as a note, it would make a world of difference.
    As of right now, when our providers are using the customized form, it does not even recognize it as note - hence, making it hard to track appointments that need a note. There has to be an option for this.
    Also, getting notifications to/from co-signees that a note (custom form) has been attached / signed
