    This is sorely needed!! There is no audit trail for giving refunds. We need to have the ability to have a debit and credit transaction on an account with a note that allows you to explain the transaction!

    We pay our therapists based on the net payments received. We have requested a change to the payroll report but another alternative to make it easy to calculate would be to change the Credit Card Charges report to be sorted by therapist or selected by therapist.
