We have also run into this sooooo many times when entering new information. It would be great if there was a pop up warning when changing pages or logging off if any new information has been entered. Information is lost because the changes aren't saved. I understand it is an easy task to click the save button, but it is all too easy to forget to do that in your haste to get to the next page! Especially when so many other programs don't let you leave a page without asking if you want to save. Thank you for trying to find a remedy for this problem!
I need to update the expiration date on a saved credit card, but I'm told the only way to do this is to delete the card and start over. I no long have access to any of the credit card info. The only thing that needs to be edited is the expiration date. This will continually be a problem as expiration dates change frequently. Please make this an option sooner rather than later.
