    Provide the option to have duplicate note rather than have it there for everyone as people have abused this system and created duplicate notes for every session.

    Give option to remove button for Duplicate past note as this is liability for some therapists who copy and paste same note for every session.

    I would like to be able to view progress notes and assessments when a case is closed or achived without having to open or unarchive since we pay by subscription number sometimes we don't remember to archive again. Also closed cases we need to see the assessment or dates of service without opening the case again and it doesn't save the original close date so have to add a new close date and it saves the current date as the close date. Please change.

    Can you not allow a new case to be created automatically when we click the Notes tab? New cases should be created by clicking new case instead.
