The current interface is VERY difficult for an appointment coordinator to use. We need to be able to QUICKLY see open appointments, view individual therapist availability, see availability by location. Changing the filter options each and every time (and not being able to see what they are currently set to without checking each and every option) is not a usable solution. We desperately need a way to save and load filter options for the views we need to switch to. The filter option should be human named (eg. "Open Appointments in Houston") and displayed on the screen so the user KNOWS which view is being shown.

We definitely need the ability to sort payment types by staff. For example, I provide a pay statement to therapists that shows how much money they collected in cash. The only way I can do this is to export the entire list of cash receipts to CSV, then filter the list to only the clients a particular therapist collected from. So, I have to look up each client to see which therapist is assigned. This is very time consuming; definitely need the ability to filter the payment methods report by staff member.

Sometimes reports need to be shared with people for various reasons. To protect the clients names from being divulged, there should be an option to display only client initials in the report or to hide their names completely.
