    Yes, it is unethical to keep files indefinitely. I suggest the account owner have access to delete files once they have reached maturity age. We need to be able to delete without having to go in and delete every note, ledger and appointment.

    I would add that account manager should have option to delete forms that are being tested instead of just archiving them. Archiving still keeps them in the toolbar, creating it to be crowded and confusing.
