Please make it possible to distinguish if notes have been created and "saved" or created, "saved and submitted." It is very frustrating to have to click on every individual note to double check that I remembered to submit it to my supervisor.
Another option would be to create an option to run a report for notes that have been saved but not submitted to supervisor.An error occurred while saving the comment Kelsey Williams commented
Please indicate if notes have been submitted to supervisor on the Agenda View. Currently the note just says "edit progress note" weather it has been saved or saved and submitted. It would be great if I could tell without having to click on the note.

Indicate if notes have been submitted to the supervisor or only saved by clinician from the agenda, day, or week appointment view. (for example we can see if a client paid based on the "paid" bubble next to the invoice. It would be great to have a "submitted" bubble next to the progress note)

Please add this feature! Adding notes from the weekly calendar view would be so much easier!

Please create a "submitted" indicator on the progress notes on the agenda view (calendar view would be great too!) For those of us working under supervision, currently there is no way to tell if progress notes have only been "saved", or "saved and submitted to supervisor", unless we click on each note individually.
Currently from the Agenda view, progress notes that have been both "saved", or "saved and submitted to supervisor", just say "Edit Progress Note" until the supervisor signs it, and then it switches to "progress Note" with an orange square indicating the notes has been "Signed" by our supervisor. However, it's very easy to miss submitting a note, and if we don't submit, then our supervisor will not receive it to sign it.
I would love to suggest that when we submit to supervisor there would be a green (or some other color) indicator on the agenda view that reads "submitted."
It would save me a ton of time, to be able to gather this information at a quick glance, instead of having to click on each note individually. Thanks!
