An error occurred while saving the comment It would be beneficial if Theranest could reject ERA that have previously been downloaded. This would prevent extra work for the billing team while helping to prevent billing errors.

An error occurred while saving the comment Theranest users could benefit by adding a section for collections that tracks client amount due, days since owing, last contact, etc. This would allow users to efficiently track clients that owe and follow a clear collections path when needed.
It would be very beneficial if you could add insurance batch payments for us to process Echo V cards. Molina checks have so many clients on them so it is extremely difficult to process Echo V cards which is like a one time use credit card.
