    I know of a practice that used Theranest for years and dropped them recently for a much more expensive EHR that allows couples/families to have both a shared account and individual portals. This is a no-brainer.

    It would be helpful to have the ability to schedule different types of reminder notifications at different times. I would love the ability to send an email reminder 3 days before the appointment and ALSO send a text message reminder the day before the appointment.

    As it currenty functions, if i select email and text message reminders, they get two different reminders at the same time on the same day and that seems less helpful for client retention.
