We need a) an easy way to send client forms b) that are not called "Intake Forms". We need to be able to easily send follow-up forms such as session feedback forms, symptom updates, outcome data - like PHQ-9, GAD-7, session satisfaction forms, etc.

This "record credit card payment" option creates terrible, unnecessary confusion where clinicians believe there was a payment but there was no payment. "Record" is not clearly differentiated from process or charge.
