    We need to be able to customize the grid. Most of the time, I don't need to see all the information like email, etc. It is very difficult to read the notes connected to the name in order to activate/archive them

    Please offer default place of service for either specific clients or insurance providers. I work with MA and have to change place of service from 11 to 99 for in the office sessions.
