   I have a client with several services being provided and our organization has created cases under that one client such as IT for Dad, IT for Mom, Family Therapy. I love how the Wiley addition is within TN in doing notes, but it makes the therapist create a whole new assessment and a new treatment plan, however, the main client is still the client even if the service/note is for dad or mom or the family.
