    As a child therapist, I often have meetings with child's parents which mean that the mental status section of a session is often rendered as not applicable, and the interventions are different as well. It would be helpful if you could copy a note from a specific session (i.e. the last parent or family session from a month prior) as to not have to manually input much of the same information.
