    We need to be able to complete additional assessments- for example, when a client is transferred or returns to therapy after an absence. Currently, the only options are to un-sign the initial assessment and attempt to update it (which ends up being a confusing, especially when there are multiple providers involved) or try to write a detailed assessment in an addendum. Please add this feature theranest!

    YES. And I hope that this would also fix the problem of not being able to see couples on the mobile app. This makes the mobile app basically useless for me because I cannot accurately view my calendar or agenda.
