When new client referrals come through our agency there is a process to complete.
1. Referral
2. Intake
3. Diagnostic Assessment
4. Activation of services by correct providers
We would like to see if we create a new form (checklist format) on Theranest that can alert or notify specific staff that a part of the checklist was complete in order to ensure the referral process is being completed in steps 1-4 listed above.
