I am creating a customized clinical note template using checkboxes, however, it appears that ALL checkboxes (checked and unchecked) will be listed in a completed note. Is there a way to have only checked checkboxes show up in a signed note? Otherwise, if clients or insurance companies request records, notes will be PAGES and PAGES long because of lists of unused, unchecked checkboxes. Thank you!
