    Allow the deductible lines in a bulk payment to be included when doing a manual insurance payment.

    Allow to adjust included claim dates after payment details have already been added without erasing what has already been added. Sometimes a date has been missed by mistake, and it's tedious to re-enter all the payment details if one date was accidentally missed initially.
