   I often have to run reports for grants that show demographics of our clients served within a specific date range for specific county's or city's

   We have a cancellation & no show policy if the cancellation is less than 24hr notice they get 3 of these before they might be removed from services An option to send a notice to the client when we code in a cancellation or no show would be great.
