    Client portal login needs to be accessed by a link from the provider ONLY. We have had many people get into our portal who are not our clients, providing all of their confidential information. We have also had current clients creating their own logins to the portal and receiving every form we have in our portal this way. Both are majors issues, the first being a HIPAA violation and the second being an administrative headache when clients have two profiles and one has every form.
