Currently, if there is not a case open, the system automatically creates a new case. This is cumbersome and means, if you are just looking to access old cases for administrative purposes you have to delete the newly created case. It would be helpful, if there is not a current case open that it takes you to the All Cases screen and you can create a new case if needed, but not have the system automatically create one.

This automatic feature to create a new case if there is not one open is quite annoying and very inefficient. When needing only to review a closed case, this creates extra steps and awareness to make sure you go back and verify nothing is in the case and delete it.

It would be helpful when referring a client to another provider if we could print a facesheet that provides the clients demographics and insurance information all on one page.

This would be so helpful! This would make record requests so much simpler and give clients a HIPAA-compliant way to receive electronically. Not to mention the cost savings.
