An error occurred while saving the comment For therapist that don't use electronic prescriptions, create a section that imbeds in the progress note for current medications. Information should included med name, dose, frequency, and prescribing doc. This should also allow you to discontinue medication no longer in use. For safety and monitoring reasons this should be accessible to all Theranest Users. If there was an emergency and medications needed to be known quickly that would be very hard to do as I would have to search through progress notes.
I am recommending a section that you can list all mental health hospitalizations for your clients. This would include Psych ER, Detox, Rebab and Inpatient stays. It would also be helpful to track IOP programs and Partial Hospitalizations. It would be helpful to be able to do reports on this information. Many organizations are working hard to reduce hospitalizations along side insurance companies. It would be important to be able to track this so we can assess our work in this mission. Unfortunately right now there is no way to create and monitor this data. Also for safety reasons its import to see trends in hospitalizations and evaluate client risk.
