    Yes I strongly agree with this! I have to copy and paste my own portal invitation from a Word document every time, which is time consuming and a bit frustrating.

    Hi, I'd like to suggest that you slightly reorder the appointment scheduling from. What happens is that currently, filling out new appointment from the top to bottom, you choose the location/room before the date/time. However, since the default date time always comes up at the current day, every time you choose the actual date you wish to schedule the appointment for, the location/room resets. Then one ends up having to set the location/room a second time. If the appointment form listed the section with date and time BEFORE the section with the location/room, going top to bottom, one would only set the location/room once. I know I should remember this and just fill it out out of order to prevent the problem, but this is very counter-intuitive and I constantly forget. It seems like this could easily be fixed and save some user frustration :-) Thank you for considering!
