It would be super helpful for our accounting department to see when cash or checks are refunded (i.e. unapply payment to invoice and it'll show as a credit the the "Apply to Invoice" and "Refund" buttons next to it). If a user selected "Refund" for the cash or check payment, a pop-up would display and request how the refund was issued (i.e. cash, check with check #, etc.).
Support stated that the best way to do this now is to create a "Refund" service type and issue the refund that way. Unfortunately, this inflates our Billing Reports

We would love the option to be able to send a client's treatment plan and progress notes to the client's portal account for their signature.

Allows clients to look up their balance with their 1) name, and 2) SSN and DOB. This would be similar to the one-time payment link
