When messaging to a client contact, they report that they don't get an email notification that I sent a message to them. Also, client contacts don't get notification of additional forms submitted or that appointment have been changed or canceled etc. If client contact has portal access it's because the client is a minor or needs that contact to manage thier appointments/forms.

I would like to set income based payment amounts based on service. Right now if I set the payment amount then all services receive the same amount.

When a person on a client contact network becomes a client and then is archived, they can no longer access the portal messaging.
