    It would be nice if the Appointments tab included the day of the week in the day/time column. Right now, it just lists the date DD/MM/YYYY and the time of the appt, but it would be really useful if it also indicated Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, etc.

    There is currently no way to change the staff listed in an appointment that is an event (i.e., the calendar event has no client, service type, or invoice associated with it). The only way to deal with an event that was inadvertently assigned to the wrong staff is to delete it and create a whole new event. Please add a feature that will allow us to change staff without having to delete the event. Thank you.

    It would be nice if 15-minute appointments did not take up 30-minute slots on the calendar. When something starts 45 minutes past the hour, the appointment slot (the colored box on the calendar) takes up the last fifteen minutes of the current hour and the first fifteen minutes of the next hour. This muddies the calendar and makes it difficult to read.
    Please make this feature available.

    It would be a good idea to have a line that indicates the current time on the current day in the Calendar when you are in Day or Staff view. A similar feature is available on Google Calendar if you want to see an example.

    I would like to be able to search for clients by either their client ID or their phone number. I would also like to be able to search for clients by names that are related or associated with them, like family members or emergency contacts.

    It would be useful if we could *search* Progress Notes (or ALL notes that are part of a client's case). I up-voted another user's suggestion, but I've been told by customer service to submit my own suggestion as well, so here it is.

    It would be nice if there was a space to put general client notes on the Client Details page (that aren't viewable on the Agenda). I realize there is currently a space for client notes, but it's small and it would be nice to have something a bit different. General Notes could be like paper post its that we put on paper files. A sample note should be something bright that jumps out a the next clinician who opens the case, rather than forcing them to sift through all the different places information can be stored.

    It would be nice if there was a way to attach small (non-clinical notes) to other areas of TheraNest, like post it notes.

    For example, I would like to add a note to the Ledger that says, "client chose a 30-session package," and I'd like that note to pop up every time I open the Ledger. I can't find any other place to put something like that that is easily accessible. I don't want to have to dig down to find this note, I want it to pop out, so everyone sees it.

    Clinicians should be able to search for, review, and print a specific date range of progress notes.

    At this time, if we want to review progress notes, we either print ALL of the notes associated with a single case, even if the case is years long and contains a great deal of information, or click on each note individually.

    We should be able to view the notes with more ease while in TheraNest. We can't even click through the last few entries (in chronological order). We have to click in and out of each note. We can only view a segment of the note (approx. 2 lines), on the Progress Notes page, and if we want to read the entire thing, we have to click on the Details button for each and every note. That takes a lot of time. We should be able to select a date range and read all the notes for that time.

    We should also be able to click chronologically through all the notes. If I click on the details of the newest note, I should, when still in that note, be able to simply click an arrow to view the previous note and the note before that, without having to close the note and then open the details of the next note.

    Also, we should be able to drag the edge of the Progress Notes summary box, so we can view more than two lines on the summary page.
