Need CPT code along with the time-in and time-out listed on each progress note. This is consistent with Medicaid billing requirements.

Need time in and out to reflect on the note to be in compliance with Georgia Medicaid requirements.
Also, for treatment plan, need to add Group Counseling and Case Management as modalities. Also recommend a specific treatment plan intervention field consistent with Wiley Treatment Planning that allows for a description of what the actual therapeutic intervention needs to be.
For Progress Notes: Need to have a Client Response. Focus and Treatment Intervention are redundant.
Need the interventions to have more than Individual, Family, and Marital. Need to list group, psychiatric treatment, psychological testing. Also need to have a space that indicates the frequency of the intervention (Such as 1x a week, or 1x a month).
