The new Prospective Clients feature is great! Thank you for adding that.
Our intake process includes an assessment and risk assessment, which we do before a client is matched with a therapist. This includes a form that is about a page long with a couple dozen fields on it. We usually have the clients submit it themselves, from our web site, and then our intake volunteers call to confirm the info and do a risk assessment if possible. If after all of that they are a good fit for our organization, then we put them on a wait list. Because the demand for services is so high and wait lists are long everywhere, it feels unethical to capture just a name and contact info, make some body wait months, only to find out they are not a good fit for us, so we doo all of tht up front. Also, we usually have multiple phone calls, back and forth, during the intake process. Any chance of adding something like a call log and maybe the ability to use custom forms with prospective clients? And it would be great if they could use the public facing portal to submit a form themselves. Ideally, we would need multiple queues. For example, currently we track folks in our intake system in these queues:
    1- Initial Request Submitted
    2- Callback/Info Needed
    3- Waiting for Individual/Couples/Family Therapy
4- Waiting for Specific Groups to Start
    5- Transfer Needed

We run lots of drop-in support groups, which means we don't know who will be there before it happens. We need to be able to create an empty group and schedule it on the calendar with two therapists co-facilitating it. And then after the group happens they can add the clients who showed up, write progress notes, etc.
