    When we cancel an appointment because the therapist is out, it would be nice for the client to also receive the cancellation reason in their email notification (or at least be able to see it in the portal). Cancellations without explanation come across as rude.

    If a client's email address is incorrect - and gets kicked back, Theranest should send a notification indicating as such to the customer.

    Once a client is archived, I think there should be a way a satisfaction survey is automatically sent to the client. We should not have to do this manually.

    In addition to being able to print the entries created in the Reminders Log (text) (I can't imagine why you can print almost everything else but you can't print stuff from this section), there should be a way to print a conversation between employees in the internal messaging section (chat)

    Often, clients are not ready to delve into their mental health issues or something occurs where they need to return for services. If the initial intake/assessment was over two years ago, the clinician needs to be able to create a whole new initial assessment for that client. An addendum is not sufficient. I suggest that you make TheraNest where an additional intake assessment can be completed for returning clients. There is no need for creating a new case, just a new intake

    Need a separate discharge summary that is not involved with a case close. Sometimes you have to reopen cases for audits or to add additional paperwork or notes for something that happens after you closed the case. This changes the original date you close or discharge someone which is not ok.... It would be great if you could separate these out or leave the original case closed date

    Is it possible to include a feature to the notes where-in as a therapist we can ATTACH a document to the note? I am not looking at wanting an addendum as that is already a feature....but an actual ability to attach a document.

    Hi, If it were possible to add the Reminders Log as a checkbox on default permissions, it would allow us to have front desk people have access to and use the reminders log.

    It would be great if you would give that consideration.

    Allow staff to turn on/off appointment reminders without giving them admin permissions.

    When you create a treatment plan, the behavioral definitions should copy over as well.

    Hi, could you add the option when click sign for the progress note to have "save and e-sign" and then "Save, e-sign and schedule next appointment". The original options just have "save and e-sign" and "save and schedule but it doesn't completely sign it".
