    Good Morning, I recently realized that status descriptions do not appear on Statements. (Kept, Late Cancel, No Show). We bill for Late Cancel and No Show appointments. Appointments with LC or NS status currently appear on statement as if it were a kept appointment. (the assumption being that all appointments appearing on ledger as paid have been "kept". Can status code be included on statement as a statement parameter choice?

    Many of our clients do not complete and submit the intake forms. It would be helpful to run a list of who hasn't completed the forms instead of searching each client's documents tab.
