    The therapist Permissions does not allow a therapist to view what insurance their clients have. They have to come to the front office to find out.
    Our therapist should be able to view what insurance their clients have. Seems like an odd thing that they wouldn't be able to at least view what insurance the client is covered under.
    This would help therapist know what billing codes they need to use (regence currently recognizes a different billing code than the other insurance companies and we cant charge no-show fees to State insurance clients)
