    Yeah, I was just going to suggest this. There are times when I'm not sure if I emailed someone or not because payment has not been received. We need to see how many times the invoice was sent in order to facilitate better communication and track whether our clients are able to pay in a timely manner.

    Yes, this would be super helpful. Different insurances want different modifiers. Like sometimes you need GT and sometimes the plan wants 95 for telehealth. It sucks having to have multiple services set up for the same CPT code.

    Totally agree. It's a ridiculously clunky process to delete and reschedule every time.
